Decreto 58 de 1994 · Por el cual se fija escala salarial para los empleados públicos del Congreso Nacional y se dictan otras disposiciones

ARTICULO 5 º. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1994, los Secretarios Generales de ambas corporaciones tendrán derecho a percibir una prima mensual de gestión, equivalente a trescientos treinta y dos mil setecientos cincuenta pesos ($332.750) moneda corriente. Para los Subsecretarios Generales del Senado de la República y de la Cámara de Representantes y los Secretarios de las Comisiones Constitucionales y Legales Permanentes de ambas corporaciones, la prima mensual de gestión será equivalente a doscientos setenta y dos mil doscientos cincuenta pesos ($272.250) moneda corriente.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso la prima de gestión de que trata el presente decreto constituirá factor salarial.
