Podrán adquirirse divisas del mercado de capitales para pagos de servicios que haya necesidad de cubrir en moneda extranjera. La Junta Monetaria reglamentará la cuantía de dichos giros y las condiciones que deben reunir para ser autorizados. Las cantidades serán razonables, y en todo caso deberá evitarse que a través de transferencias por este concepto se violen las disposiciones sobre control del movimiento de capitales.
