Articulo 43. Los administradores de correos cuidaran de estar siempre provistos de los respectivos esqueletos de libramientos. En consecuencia, deben solicitar con anticipación al servicio de giros el subsiguiente talonario, indicando en la nota de pedido el último numero del que se halle en uso y este para terminar dicho servicio le suministrara igualmente los formularios necesarios para la rendición de las cuentas.
