° El fondo de reserva legal a que se refiere el artículo 38 de la Ley 57 de 1931, será del veinte (20) por ciento de las utilidades líquidas anuales de la Caja hasta que ese fondo sea equivalente a la mitad del capital autorizado, y de allí en adelante un diez (10) por ciento. Si en cualquier momento el fondo de reserva bajare a menos de la mitad del capital autorizado, se volverá a destinar a dicho fondo de reserva el veinte (20) por ciento de las utilidades líquidas, hasta completar la mitad.
