Al terminar los cursos prescritos en esta sección, se efectuarán exámenes escritos bajo la vigilancia de la Junta General de Aduanas. Cada papel de examen se marcará con un número, y el respectivo examinado pondrá su nombre con el número correspondiente dentro de un sobre cerrado que se dirigirá a la Junta General de Aduanas, y que sólo se abrirá después de calificado el examen.
