La no comparecencia del extranjero no impedirá el trámite normal de las diligencias de deportación y expulsión. Con todo la Dirección de Extranjería y las Direcciones Seccionales del DAS, adelantarán todas las diligencias necesarias para que las providencias de deportación y expulsión previstas en los artículos 57 y 60 de este Decreto, sean notificadas personalmente al extranjero afectado, y dejarán constancia de tales diligencias en el expediente respectivo.
