°. Quórum deliberatorio y decisorio . El Consejo Nacional de Beneficios Tributarios en Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (CNBT) podrá deliberar de forma presencial o no presencial con la participación mínima de cinco (5) de sus integrantes y sus decisiones se adoptarán por la mayoría de los votos de los consejeros. En caso de empate, se buscará la participación no presencial del miembro faltante, de lo cual se dejará constancia en un acta.
