° Prohíbase la importación, con destino a denpendeicas del Gobierno, ya sean naciones, departamentales, municipales o establecimientos públicos, de automóviles públicos, de automóviles cuyo valor en fábrica, con su equipo, sea mayor de US $ 2.000.00.

Parágrafo

Exceptuase de la presente disposición los vehículos necesarios para la Presidencia de la Republica.
