DEL TRANSPORTE TERRESTRE AUTOMOTOR DE SUSTANCIAS QUÍMICAS. El transporte terrestre automotor de productos químicos estará sujeto a lo establecido en la regulación vigente de transporte de mercancías peligrosas por carretera en la Sección 8 del Capítulo 7 del Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Decreto número 1079 de 2015 o aquel que la adicione o sustituya, incluyendo lo aplicable del Sistema Globalmente Armonizado.
