Al reglamentar este Decreto el Gobierno podrá señalar los recursos que deban concederse contra las liquidaciones de los impuestos que en él se establecen, y determinar las sanciones a que haya lugar por violación de sus disposiciones o de los reglamentos que regulen su ejecución.
