Artículo setentaicuatro. Sanciones La violación a lo dispuesto en el artículo setentaitrés del presente Decreto será sancionada, una vez comprobado el sobreprecio a la negativa a dar prelación al correo, con multas sucesivas de cien hasta veinte mil pesos, y en caso de reincidencia por más de tres ocasiones con la suspensión de la ruta o la cancelación de la licencia por parte del organismo gubernamental y competente, previa solicitud del Ministerio de Comunicaciones o de la Administración Postal Nacional CAPITULO QUINTO De la responsabilidad
