Decreto 376 de 1974 · Por el cual se reglamenta el artículo 3º de la Ley 10ª de 1972

Artículo único. El reajuste de las pensiones no podrá exceder el monto de la última pensión máxima fijada por la ley.

Parágrafo

I. Se entiende que la elevación del tope máximo de las pensiones favorecerá también a las que en ese momento se encuentren vigentes, las cuales deberán ser reajustadas.

Parágrafo

II. Si el reajuste no alcanza el tope máximo, la pensión tendrá el valor que dicho reajuste indica. Si el reajuste pasa el máximo legal, éste será su límite.
