Trasládase dentro del capítulo 71 y de los artículos 7 56, 758 y 760, al artículo 761, la suma de trece mil pesos ($ 13,000) para muebles, útiles de escritorio, formularios y modelos de todas clases con destino a la contabilidad y a la formación y revisión de cuentas de las oficinas nacionales de manejo, formularios, boletines e instrucciones para las oficinas de estadística y demás gastos del Departamento de Contraloría, la cual se tomará así:
