Parágrafo

del artículo 1º del Decreto 1299 de 2006, lo previsto en el mencionado decreto regirá a partir del 1º de julio de 2006. Para los demás usuarios, lo establecido en el Decreto 1299 de 2006 regirá de acuerdo al término señalado en el artículo 8º del mismo decreto.
