Art. 7.° Los recibos expedidos por el Tesoro general por empréstitos hechos al Gobierno en la guerra de 1884 á 1885 podrán ser desglosados de los respectivos expedientes, y una vez registrados en la Sección 2.ª del Ministerio, podrán entrar á los remates de la deuda nueva.
