Art. 6.° Si la oposición se formalizare dentro del término expresado, se dará traslado del escrito del opositor al respectivo Agente del Ministerio público, y se seguirá el juicio según los trámites establecidos en el Capítulo VI del Título XI del Código Judicial de la Nación. El interesado en la posesión podrá suministrar datos al Agente del Ministerio público para la defensa de los derechos de la Nación.
