Artículo quinto. Los Secretarios de Sala de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado, y los Secretarios de las Fiscalías de esta última Corporación, devengarán una asignación mensual de $ 10,500.00, siempre que sean Abogados Titulados. Cuando no reunieren dicha calidad, devengarán una asignación mensual de $ 8.500.00 los Secretarios de Sala de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado y $ 6.500.00 los Secretarios de las Fiscalías de esta última Corporación.
