- REUBICACION DE HABITANTES DE ZONAS DE ALTO RIESGO. Las multas de que trata el nral. 9 del Artículo 2o. del Decreto-ley 78 de 1987 ingresarán al tesoro de la entidad que las hubiere impuesto y se destinarán para financiar los programas de reubicación de los habitantes en las zonas de alto riesgo (Ley 9a. de 1989, Art. 56 Inc. 5o.).
