De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 10 de 1990, todas las instituciones que ofrezcan servicios de salud testan obligadas a prestar atención inicial de urgencia independientemente de la capacidad socioeconómica de los solicitantes de este servicio.
