Art. 45. Las autoridades, corporaciones ó funcionarios públicos que admitan solicitudes ó documentos que deban estar extendidos en papel sellado ó provistos de estampillas de Timbre Nacional sin tal requisito, incurrirán en una multa de cinco á quince pesos por cada hoja de papel sellado ó por cada estampilla que se hubiere omitido. La multa será impuesta por el inmediato superior que tuviere conocimiento de la infracción, é ingresará en el Tesoro nacional.

Parágrafo

Las disposiciones de este artículo no comprenden los casos de habilitación.
