°. Adopción por decreto . Transcurridos noventa (90) días desde la presentación del proyecto de revisión del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial o de alguno de sus contenidos al Concejo Municipal o Distrital sin que este la adopte, el Alcalde podrá adoptarla por decreto.
