° Consérvase la subvención de cincuenta por ciento (50%) del producto de las Aduanas de Buenaventura y Tumaco, aplicable á la terminación del Ferrocarril en referencia.

El Gobierno no podrá dar, en consecuencia, otra inversión á los fondos de que se trata.
