Article 1

Los Empleados Nacionales, Departamentales O Municipales Que Tengan Derecho A Solicitar El Reconocimiento Y Pago De La Pensión De Jubilación, Elevarán La Solicitud A La Caja E Institución De Previsión Social A La Cual Estén Afiliados Al Tiempo De Cumplir Su Servicio O A La Que Hayan Estado Afiliados En El Momento De Retirarse Del Servicio Oficial, Si Es El Caso

°. Los empleados nacionales, departamentales o municipales que tengan derecho a solicitar el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión de jubilación, elevarán la solicitud a la Caja e Institución de Previsión Social a la cual estén afiliados al tiempo de cumplir su servicio o a la que hayan estado afiliados en el momento de retirarse del servicio oficial, si es el caso.

Parágrafo

Cuando la entidad respectiva no tenga establecida su Caja o Institución de Previsión Social, la solicitud deberá ser dirigida a dicha entidad para la tramitación correspondiente.
