Art. 8.° Si se optare por la compra de la Empresa, el Municipio de Bogotá tendrá la dirección y administración de ella, sujetando los nombramientos de los empleados superiores a la aprobación del Gobierno, lo mismo que los reglamentos que expida sobre la materia.
