Toda demanda en relación con alguna de las acciones concedidas en los artículos anteriores, deberá presentarse ante la entidad competente dentro del término de diez días hábiles a contar del siguiente al en que se verifique el acto por medio del cual la elección se declara. Dentro del mismo término deberá presentarse la demanda contra un nombramiento, y en tal caso los diez días se cuentan desde el siguiente a la fecha de la expedición de aquél.
