Articulo 60 . Exigencia de registro. Las empresas de transpone marítimo, nacionales y extranjeras, conferenciadas o no, no podrán embarcar bienes cuyo origen o destino se encuentre ubicado en el territorio nacional, antes del registro de las tarifas o recargos, o en caso de suspensión de dicho registro de acuerdo con las normas contempladas en el presente decreto.
