Exclusividad del polígono. El Ministerio de Cultura se abstendrá de suscribir contratos de exploración en los polígonos ya asignados durante el tiempo en que exista otro contrato. No se otorgará más de un contrato o licencia de exploración en el mismo periodo de tiempo a una persona.
