La Comisión durará hasta el 31 de julio de 1925; tendrá sesiones durante seis horas por lo menos, todos los días hábiles, y presentara su trabajo al Congreso en aquella fecha, por conducto del Ministerio de Gobierno, convenientemente clasificado y codificado, con su correspondiente exposición de motivos. Por la presentación del trabajo de la Comisión revisora no se revive la ley suspendida. Dicha suspensión durara mientras el Congreso no disponga lo contrario.
