Los comandantes de barcos colombianos marítimos de guerra, o armados en guerra, que en acciones militares anteriores a esta Ley se hubieren hecho acreedores mención distinguida de valor, tendrán derecho a una pensión vitalicia de ciento veinte pesos ($120) mensuales cada uno, según la reglamentación que al efecto dicte el Gobierno en desarrollo de la misma.

Las partidas para los gastos que demande la presente Ley se considerarán incluidas en el presupuesto del Ministerio de Guerra todos los años.
