º Para Efectos De Aplicar Las Tablas De Retención En La Fuente Previstas En El Artículo 1º Del Decreto 3141 De 1984, El Trabajador Informará Al Retenedor Dentro De Los Treinta (30) Días Siguientes A La Fecha De Su Posesión, O Cuando Se Alteren Las Condiciones De La Información Que Hubiere Suministrado Anteriormente Al Retenedor, Los Siguientes Datos: 1

º Para efectos de aplicar las tablas de retención en la fuente previstas en el artículo 1º del Decreto 3141 de 1984, el trabajador informará al retenedor dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha de su posesión, o cuando se alteren las condiciones de la información que hubiere suministrado anteriormente al retenedor, los siguientes datos

Estado Civil.

Número de personas a cargo distintas del cónyuge.

Si cede, recibe, o no cede ni recibe rentas de su cónyuge.

Apellidos, nombre y Nit del cónyuge cuando ceda o reciba rentas. El retenedor, con base en la información suministrada, aplicará la tabla que corresponda. Si el trabajador no hubiere suministrado la información aquí exigida, se aplicará la tabla numero 1 hasta tanto la suministre.

Parágrafo

El trabajador podrá solicitar un porcentaje de retención superior al que le corresponde.
