Art. 1.° Autorizase al Gobierno para que disponga y lleve á cabo la construcción de edificios adecuados para la Administración de la Aduana de Barranquilla y para la administración principal de las Salinas de Cundinamarca.

A la construcción de los primeros de tales edificios podrá destinar el Gobierno una suma hasta de sesenta mil pesos ($60.000) y á la de los segundos hasta de cuarenta mil pesos ($40.000).
