La nómina de los Directores de escuelas intendenciales requieren, para la autorización de su pago, ser acompañadas de un certificado del Alcalde o Corregidor respectivo, en que conste el funcionamiento de la escuela y el número de alumnos que han asistido en el mes correspondiente a la nómina.
