º. Finalidad. El régimen aplicable a los proyectos que se desarrollen en las Zonas Especiales Económicas de Exportación tendrá como finalidad atraer inversiones para fortalecer el proceso de exportación nacional mediante la creación de condiciones especiales que favorezcan la concurrencia del capital privado y que estimulen y faciliten la exportación de bienes y servicios producidos dentro del territorio colombiano.
