Objeto. El presente decreto tiene por objeto implementar un enfoque diferencial en los trámites y procesos de registro para la aplicación de las figuras de formalización minera en el Cerro Marmato o Cerro el Burro del municipio de Marmato, departamento de Caldas, con fundamento en el artículo 5° de la Ley 2250 de 2022.
