ARTICULO 7° Las listas sólo contendrán los nombres de los candidatos principales. No habrá suplentes. Las faltas absolutas de los miembros delegatarios elegidos, o sus ausencias temporales por enfermedad debidamente comprobada, serán cubiertas por los candidatos no elegidos en la misma lista, en el orden de su inscripción. En tal caso sólo se aplicarán las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades a partir del momento de la posesión del correspondiente miembro delegatario.
