Acceso a "Roaming" . Los operadores de Servicios de Comunicación Personal -PCS- deberán contar con la facilidad de "roaming" o seguimiento de un usuario PCS, cuando sale de un área de concesión e ingresa a otra área donde haya operador de PCS, por lo menos para comunicaciones telefónicas.
