º Los órganos que hacen parte del Presupuesto General de la Nación que reciban ingresos que no estén incluidos en el Presupuesto a nombre del respectivo órgano, deberán consignar tales Ingresos el mismo día de su percepción en la Cuenta que para tal efecto determine el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - Dirección del Tesoro Nacional.
