Los dineros provenientes de la presente Ley se invertirán por los Departamentos del Chocó y la Guajira en obras relacionadas con la salud, la educación, la electrificación, las vías y medios de comunicación y el transporte, conforme a los planes, programas y proyectos aprobados por sus respectivas oficinas de Planeación Seccionales.
