Ley 27 de 1947 · Por la cual se planifica y Nacionaliza la lucha contra la tuberculosis

Además de la División de Tuberculosis, que continuará funcionando en el Ministerio correspondiente, entidad a la cual corresponde dirigir la campaña, regular las dotaciones y reglamentar los métodos a que la lucha debe someterse, la campaña se realizará:

1º En centros epidemiológicos fijos;

2º Por unidad epidemiológicos móviles;

3° En dispensarios,y

4º En hospitales - sanatorios.

Parágrafo

Serán organismos anexos a la campaña antituberculosa que desarrolla en Ministerio la "Liga Antituberculosa Colombiana", las Gotas de Leche, Preventorios y Salas Cunas, sean estos fundados o no por la Liga.
