Quien realice alguno de los hechos de que tratan los artículos anteriores mientras tenga a su cargo la dirección, administración, gestión, representación, liquidación o fiscalización de una sociedad comercial declarada en quiebra, cualquiera que sea la forma como se le denomine, incurrirá en las penas en ellos establecidas.
