ART 241. Igual visita practicarán en los Tribunales de Distrito el Secretario General ó el de Gobierno, de la Gobernación del Departamento, y el Fiscal del Tribunal.

En los Tribunales que no tuvieren su asiento en capital del Departamento, hará la visita el que ejerza la primera autoridad política del lugar, asociado con el Fiscal.
