En el caso de que por parte de las autoridades de policía se hayan tomado medidas preventivas de guarda y colocación de sellos, el Juez debe levantar éstos, previo aviso que ha de dar a quien los puso, y proceder en seguida como se dispone en los artículos precedentes.
