Sin perjuicio del control fiscal a que haya lugar, los recursos destinados a la prestación de servicios de atención médica y demás acciones de salud a que se refiere esta Ley, cualquiera que sea su origen, quedando sujetos a la vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud.
