Artículo tercero. Para desempeñar el cargo de Secretario del Departamento de Diseños de la División de Carreteras Nacionales, creado por el artículo anterior, nómbrase al señor Fermín Orliz Acosta, quien tendrá derecho a devengar su asignación, desde la fecha del presente Decreto, por estar prestando sus servicios con anterioridad a ella. Comuníquese y publíquese.
