Los Diferimientos Arancelarios Establecidos En Los Artículos 2° Y 3° Del Presente Decreto, Rigen Hasta El 31 De Diciembre De 2007

°. Los diferimientos arancelarios establecidos en los artículos 2° y 3° del presente decreto, rigen hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2007. Vencido este término, se restablecerán los gravámenes contemplados en el Arancel de Aduanas (Decreto 4589 de 2006).

Parágrafo

Si antes del vencimiento de los términos previstos en el presente artículo, se registra producción subregional según Resolución de Nómina de bienes no producidos expedida por la Secretaría General de la Comunidad Andina, se restablecerán los gravámenes contemplados en el Arancel de Aduanas (Decreto 4589 de 2006).
