A todo suscriptor de acciones se le expedirán por la Sociedad el título o títulos que justifiquen su calidad. Tales títulos se expedirán en series numeradas y continuas, empezando por la unidad, con la firma del representante legal y del Secretario, y llevarán la leyenda que ordenen las leyes. A cada accionista se le expedirá un título colectivo a menos que prefiera títulos unitarios o parcialmente colectivos.
