Cuando la Unidad a que pertenezca el procesado hubiere de ponerse en marcha para otro lugar sin haberse terminado el juicio, el Comandante superior designará otro Juez militar para que lo termine. Igual procedimiento se observará para la segunda instancia, cuando haya de marchar dicho Comando superior.
