Artículo segundo. Los funcionarios actualmente vinculados a la Planta de Personal establecida por el Acuerdo número 087 de 1980 y aprobado por el Decreto 309 de 1980, que al ser incorporados a la Planta de Personal de que trata este Decreto, tengan una asignación básica superior a ía fijada para el cargo al cual se van a incorporar, seguirán percibiendo esta remuneración mientras- permanezcan en el empleo.
