Término de expedición del acuerdo mensual . El acuerdo de gastos deberá ser aprobado por el Consejo d e Gobierno a más tardar el día cinco (5) de cada mes respectivo. Si así no ocurriere, regirá el proyecto presentado por el Secretario de Hacienda, siempre que haya sido elaborado con sujeción a las normas del presente Decreto.
