Art. 124 Los Oficiales Mayores reemplazarán á los respectivos Secretarios en sus faltas accidentales y en las temporales, y en las absolutas mientras se hace el nombramiento y se posesiona el individuo á quien se nombra. Dichos Oficiales pueden reemplazar también al Secretario en las audiencias.
